Two main products – cheese and wine – are key for the conception of the CHEESE Connection restaurant.
We make cheese ourselves at our own dairy and buy at small farms.
Mozzarella, haloumi, chèvre, gruyère, camambert and the CHEESE Connection main hit – creamy burrata, classic and stuffed with truffle – nobody else in Russia makes it this way.
The CHEESE Connection restaurant has a colossal wine list – 120 wines from well known and notable wineries, but also from small interesting weinguts. Over half of theese wines we sell by glass.
Also there is a section in our wine list – 10 outstanding (and expensive) wines that we sell at indecently low prices, almost no load at all. And you can order all of them by glass. There’s no other place in Moscow like that.
